[onionmx] Meeting?

Hi all,

Its been a while since we met. We should meet again! If I'm not wrong
the following are true:

* Our last meeting was almost one year ago[0]
* We promised the next meeting to be public so people can join

The hardest part is finding a time to meet. I'm going to throw it out
there that we should try to find a time that works for everyone sometime
between Feb 14th and Feb 28th, sometime between 14:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC
seems like a good range.

Can someone suggest a poll service that would be useful? I've looked at
a number of them and they are not time-zone friendly, or are horrible.

Lets start to brainstorm some possible agenda items:

* state of onionmx
* congress report-back
* promotion
* v3 hidden services
* SPF problems
* ... ?
